Where to begin:

There are a few steps that must be taken prior to booking an event. These steps include signing and submitting our user agreement for which you will receive a confirmation letter confirming your requested date. If that date is no longer available, we will contact you with the contact information provided on the user agreement.

Which room should you choose:

Depending on the event and the number of attendees expected, we'll be happy to advise in this regard. Taking a quick tour of the rooms may help you decide in this matter. Also, visit our rentals page to view the auditorium and kitchen or visit our facility page to see the gallery and ampitheater.

Visiting the facility:

It is best to contact us prior to stopping in to guarantee that we are present. When not in use, the rooms are locked and you will need assistance to see the rooms.
